About us
Our company Dom Programm Ltd. (domprog) was established in 2001. Since that time we published tens of software products developed for our clients in Europe and North America. There are big international companies among them, such as Safran Helicopter Engines, a member of SAFRAN group.
We are taking part in many other great projects and working with very interesting partners, such as ASSO group. This is modern art society in Paris.
We are especially proud to be a partner of Reverso, a world leader in linguistics, NLP, and Machine Learning!
Our most important projects - 2001-2025
Let's start our story from 2001. Actually, as a team we exist much longer, but anyway. We have more than 20 really important successful projects since 2001. Here are some.

- Purpose - Workflow Management System for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) of helicopter engines.
- Customer – Turbomeca Canada/Turbomeca USA (Safran Helicopter Engines Group)
- Development terms: principal development – 2004-2006.
- Fittings and improvements – 2007-2011.
- Maintenance and active technical support – 2011 – 2014.
- Technologies - .NET, C#, MS SQL.
- Result – System was in active use at Safran Group up to 2015. Later was suspended due to the corporate transition to SAP.
Project brief
Customer – Turbomeca Canada/Turbomeca USA (Safran Helicopter Engines Group) is a big international company, which keeps ~60% of world's MRO market for helicopters engines. Our Workflow Management System integrates CRM, HRM, Part Management, and, of course, a MRO management system itself. Workflow process is composed of more than 200 steps, with destined specialized workbenches. Each step is mandatory and stricktly documented: operations fulfilled, tools used, etc. Turbo-Prime allows to trace MRO process, compose and print all required documentation for flight log book. Part Management supports actual data about 12 helicopter engines types, 2-5 variants each, up to 12,000 parts in each variant. It composes actual sets of service bulletens and all other related documents. All documentation is regulary updated.

TOPS (Tooling Order Placement System)

- Purpose – Management System for central warehouse of helicopter engines MRO tools. Processing requests for MRO tool rental.
- Client – Safran Helicopter Engines.
- Development terms: 2013-2022.
- Technologies – .Net, C#, MS SQL.
- Result – system is used in Turbomeca USA.
Project brief
TOPS manages the following tasks in the scale of SAFRAN group:
- Inventory of tools and tool sets used for MRO of aviation equipment, depending on the engine model and variant.
- Formation and dissolution of tool sets for MRO tasks.
- Logistics of tools renting inside SAFRAN group.
- Supply chain management: assessment of supplier reliability based on its purchase history, setting and updating supplier rating, planning the intended need for the tool based on the history of engine.
- Tools verifications and certification.
- Tools life cycle management.
Development and refinement was run based on the results of pilot experience and requirements. Technical support was carried out for 2 years and was suspended due to the sanctions.

Project brief
Platform creates the analytical reports for the customers. It is designed to assess investment risks based on the integration and analysis of the following information:
- Data from disparate and heterogeneous information sources: printed information materials, e-mail, financial statements of companies, documents, tables, interviews, etc.
- Independent examination of materials by a group of involved experts and/or an expert system based on AI

- Purpose - platform for organization and inspection of payment system for public services: water and electricity supply.
- Client – governement of Côte d'Ivoire, Africa.
- Development terms: in negotiations.
- Status - Initial demo developed and presented

- Expected rezult - The program allows inspectors "on the ground" the condition and readings of electricity and water meters in Côte d'Ivoire

The platform is designed to inspect the procedure payment collection for public services: water and electricity supply
- Assessment the status of water and electricity meters "on the ground"
- Taking water and electricity meter readings using mobile devices
- Data transfer to the central server via the Internet
- Preparation of analytical reports on clients, identification of illegal connections and debtors

- Purpose - development and refactoring of linguistic multilingual platform to meet end user needs. This platform integrates translators, spelling correctors, dictionaries, synonyms, explanatory dictionaries, verb conjugators, grammar reference books, and training components. It includes both WEB portal and desktop applications for MS Windows and macOS.
- Client / Partner – Reverso SAS, France.
- Development terms: 2001 – up to now.
- Technologies – .Net C#, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, Postgres.

Project brief
The platform is created to meet the requirements of numerous end users needs in studying and using foreign languages. For best results AI is widely used "under the hood". The platform is developed and supported by an extensive international team. The attendance of the portal is up to 120-150 million users monthly. The design of the mobile application was awarded The Webby People's Voice Awards in category Learning & Education at 2025.
